Professionals working in activities related to the food, additives and ingredients industry need permanent update programs on the latest technologies adopted for equipments and products, and on the regulations in force.
For this reason, Tecno Fidta 2008 offered training sessions in parallel with the fair. These were the events that took place:
AATA Technical and Scientific Training
Sessions, organized by the Argentine Food Technologists Association
(AATA). The sessions featured the following topics: methods to measure the consumer´s preferences, quality management in the food industry, among others. This was a valuable training opportunity for all the professionals that visited the fair.
International
Seminars, delivered by first level lecturers. The topics were: sectorial policies, demand and marketing, certification systems, quality of final products, etc.
Traceability of Argentinean
Food, where the visitors could see the advantages of counting with traceability systems in different agri-food chains: poultry products, cattle, powdered milk, cheeses and functional food. The prestigious associatins that participated were: Appeyron Research S.A, Bizerba Argentina SA, Ardison Software and Consulting: Avex, Mobersa SRL Soluciones Logísticas: Datalogic- Datamax -Moberone, Wonderware Argentina: Autex Control Industrial and Neuralsoft Technologies and "Red Alimentaria" as the Coordinating Committee.
INTI Conferences organized by the
National Institute for Industrial Technology about the improvement in the industrial efficiency in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
