the Argentinean Government show that the food industry has a
significant role in the country. This responds to the value of their
production, the added-value of their products and the capacity to
create jobs and bring foreign currency to the country.

recognized as one of the most important trade shows in Latin America
in Food Technology, since it gathers the most important players in the
food technology, additives and ingredients industry.
Tecno Fidta 2006 will gather all food industry product groups.
The Argentinean food industry comprises a heterogeneous set of activities, ranging from the first processing to the successive production stages. Thus, technology and innovation are as critical as compliance with technical, health and environmental standards and rules.
The professionals dwelling in activities related to this sector require a permanent update as to the latest technologies applied to machinery, products and rules in force. For that reason, the eighth edition of Tecno Fidta will be a venue to find state-of-the-art machinery and equipment and obtain information about the latest products and additives for this industry.
Visitors to the show will have the possibility of accessing all news while they close business transactions and pursue opportunities both in the regional and in the international markets.
Also, during the exhibition there will be Technical - Scientific Seminars with world-class lecturers, chaired by recognized, prestigious associations. Among the scheduled activities, the Argentinean Association of Food Technologists (AATA) is organizing a Congress that will dwell into subjects such as: packaging, meat and flowing products in the food industry, among a number. It will be a valuable training venue for all attending professionals.
Tecno Fidta 2006, the 8th. International Exhibition of Food Technology, Additives and Ingredients gathers the major players in the national and international markets for this industry. The product groups present are: processing, packaging and bottling, additives, ingredients and raw material, refrigeration, laboratories and quality control, automation and control, accessories and peripherals, and services for this industry.
Expectations for Tecno Fidta 2006 are growing. All the conditions are given for this edition to be better than the prior edition in all its aspects. Between
September 19 and 22 at the Costa Salguero Center, 16,700 professionals from this industry are expected, as well as 300 exhibitors, who will occupy the 4 gross acres of the trade show area. Indexport Messe Frankfurt, the organizer of the event, has the support and the power to attract people of AATA to reach these goals.
